[DENIED] we need a PL% limiter

my idea is simple: high ping = desync = kick to hub
high PL% = desync = ?

i tried how far i can go with my PL%. i reached 35%(later i reached 42%) and it was so easy . like you can intentionally do it in 90sec and be a god on sumo
