I have few ideas, for me they are good and will do good job on server :)
Deathmatch Sumo:
I like sumo a lot, but waiting for respawn is terrible sometimes.. especially when you die at beginning. I have an idea to do deathmatch version, and there can be 2 options:
Timer, where is 5-10 min match and who got the most kills wins,
Top killer, where wins player, who got for example 15 or more kills.
It would be great, cuz its more fun doing sumo and more dynamic, because you just respawn instantly and fight, opposite to battle royale ?
Also for normal sumo good idea is to add a lobby where you can freely ride or warm up, when you're out. It will be better than staring at the screen for 5 minutes waiting for respawn / next round :)
Race Voting Screen:
This is just madness and fight between street transform race, and stunt gp tracks. But notice that there are other modes than street and stunt, which aren't in use.. One time we played those modes, because we got party with vote multiplier.
My suggestion: When people vote one mode for example street race 2-3 times in a row, just block this vote option for few games and we will vote for other modes instead. Then we will play other modes which are on this server :) this way you can avoid having one mode played all day
