[DENIED] Spectating feature

Add the ability to know who is spectating you. This can be turned on/off in the settings menu. If this is setting is on you can see people who are spectating you and other people will know if are spectating them. If this is off you wont be able to know who is spectating you and other people wont know if you are spectating them. Below spectator eye can be listed all players name.

This already is possible by looking at the player list. (press X) There it says: "Watching you", if there are spectating.
