Improving the Level of Moderation

It is a tragedy that a word that is commonly used in my country is a permanent ban - What kind of stupid idea is it that a permanent ban is used for the majority? This is a tragedy, I would suggest correcting it because it is a really nice server and I was outraged that I got banned for saying "Gay".

This is topic 1, but topic 2 also relates to why the moderation doesn't verify or instruct the player and just immediately throws out bans? After all, it's shameful that admins get notifications and click bans as usual

I hope you will evaluate this idea positively and I will be unbanned
