[DENIED] Friend System

Don't know if it would be hard to do but basically a friend system that allows you to add each other so you can see if they are online and maybe what they are playing, kind of like how looking at your party members works in M menu.

Thought it would be good because parties can only be so big, this would allow you to be friends with people outside your party.
