Suggestion: Extra Customizations and Mod Parts

With a simple few lines in some .meta files, you can unlock custom wheels for vehicles like Dump, unlock hydraulics upgrades for vehicles like Surfer Custom, and add extra mod parts to base game cars.
This potential idea for the future is very easy and quick to implement, taking minutes to make (by me or others), while not affecting the handling or anything else.
Here are some cars which could use changes:

Dump - enable modkit (can apply custom wheels)
Caddy - enable modkit
Fieldmaster - enable modkit
Eudora - hydraulics (unlocks hydraulics upgrade option)
Journey II - hydraulics
Surfer Custom - hydraulics
Weevil Custom - hydraulics
