Three Chances Punishment

Instead of having to pay money for 5 bans, why not buy 3 unbans? Maybe change up the prices from the range of 15 or 20 bucks to 60 or 75 bucks per unban. Players will have three chances. If they are banned more than 3 times, then they will be permanently banned from the server. If players are mistakenly banned over a typo or false information, then the ban will not count on their record.
