Map thumbnails to match! + give em the finger

I'd love it if the sumo map thumbnails reflected the weather and time of day conditions, I think we all would. This might also open the door up to increasing the frequency of night, rain, snow, fog maps since we would already know what we're voting for without reading too much.

Secondarily, I'm aching to be able to give people the finger during sumo and races, can we make this happen?
