[DENIED] Premium Races

It seems a shame that we have access to all these wonderful cars and nowhere to really race them. I would like to have a few legitimate/fixed tracks for full contact racing along with qualifying laps as well as flags (i.e. basically what they do in Project Homecoming but a much better environment.) It adds more of a challenge for the experienced drivers & something to work towards for the less experienced.
It would also be pretty cool to have tier specific races. But, I believe that's been mentioned before.
