I've played this on GTA: Online freemode and GMod with some friends and it should be a great addition to the server!
The gamemode:
A team of up to 3 players hunt down everyone using only a melee weapon. The players may hide in a limited area of the map (the docks area, paleto bay, sandy shores, etc). The seekers have 5 minutes to find and kill everyone.
Hiding team has 30 seconds to find a place to hide. The hiders and seekers have no HUD / Minimap blip. Hiders speed is limited to jogging only, Seekers are able to run. Hiders may use fists to fight back.
A similar game can be made using vehicles. Same principle, 3 tanks have 5 minutes to hunt down everyone on a limited area of the map. Minimaps are disabled.
Hiders may use vehicles such as the Panto, Issi Classic, Issi, Weevil, Brioso 300, Asbo, GoKart, Faggio Sport and that three wheeled car i forgot the name but it's based on the Reliant Robin.
Should be easy to implement because it is very similar to Survive the Tank and Tag :D
