Add an AUS server

Many of us in Australia can't play the EU or US servers most of the time, due to ping being at 350-400 all the time. Even with a router right next to your pc, and ethernet.

Many players are from australia, which can't play because of the ping issue. (or raise the ping limit which prob wont happen)
