[DENIED] Ramp Buggy OP

Alright I want to talk about a vehicle in the server that no one seems to talk about.
The ramp buggy.

Almost every time I'm in a car meet some guy drives to the meet in a ramp buggy and it ruins the whole car meet.

So I'm suggesting that the ramp buggy is removed from the PVP off freemode server or at least nerfed so I don't get sent to the stratosphere whenever someone uses it.

This will not be done, You can always fast travel to the car meet spot in the M menu.
