[DENIED] Random Item Race

A race mode with all items/perks/power (whatever) presents in server (Speed, NORMAL swap, spike strips, bomb, rocket launcher, invencible/invisible, jammer, etc)

And new powers:
1st Swap (as the name says, swap you with the 1st on the race)
Random Swap (as the name says, swap with any person on the race)
Ramp (add a ramp on street/air behind your car - works like the bomb but it's a ramp)
Oil (add a oil puddle behind your car and everyone who ride through spins and lose control)
Jump (Jump)
Orbital Strike (Explodes a random racer)
Nitro (Nitro)
