[DENIED] 2 suggestions about vehicle selection in gamemodes

1. Favorites: selected by default when starting the game. if there are multiple favorites in one class, they will be placed next to each other.
2. Ability to enable "sorting by level": default selected vehicle is one with the highest level, next ones have lower and lower levels.
