[DENIED] Suggestion: More Progress Indicators for Suggesitons

Right now on the forums we have:
[ACCEPTED]
[DENIED]
We could have more like:
[IMPLEMENTED] - a suggestion has been implemented and/or is live on the server
[PART IMPLEMENTED] - only some parts of a suggestion have been implemented
[ALREADY THERE] - the suggested feature is already available
[DUPLICATE] - this suggestion has been said before
[PROCESSING] - when a suggestion is long and more time is needed to accept/deny
[BONK] - stupid suggestion

This can stop stuff like '2nd try' suggestions.

If a suggestion is accepted and not in the archive, it has yet to be implemented!
