[DENIED] Sumo 1 Ping Limit

I think fighting high ping players in sumo ruins the experience for most people. Lets keep it more competitive by having a 100 ping limit on Sumo 1 Server. Ping bybass should not have effect on this server. People with high ping still have the ability to play on Sumo 2.
