First thing is just greed at it's peak. In most cases it does take a bit of time but usually is just changing the FiveM license (your ID) to the new one, as sometimes FiveM decides to create new ones for you for some reason.
This could all be solved if Steam was used as the Identification (like Project Homecoming). You are forced to have Steam client opened before joining. But then you don't have the problems related to accounts anymore, as users may just have to try their different Steam accounts till he finds the correct one. If not it can still work changing the ID in the database (or wherever is stored).
Second one..., well. Steve was the one that after deciding to close the server for 2 weeks due to FiveM "harassment", which we still don't know what was that related to. Decided to remove 4-6 of the most active staff just because they wanted to play something similar to Mega's Games and there was another server in waaaay lower quality but was decent enough. And most of this staff was already in for a year or longer so they knew most of the inside stuff.
Also, take in mind that after this happened he didn't fill it up with newer people. Which caused that the staff left had to pick that extra job. Also, as they saw this happening it also tarnished the image of the Owners so a few more decided to either leave or stop doing as much, because what's the point? You can bust your ass in the server because you really care and then just get removed out of nowhere because the Owner was like "Oh no he playing other server when mine is closed! That's unforgivable even though they haven't do anything wrong in the 1+ years they've been here!".
So any fault in the current server, such as lackluster updates, no new maps or modes that no one wants is all coming from the Owners. Because, as far as I'm aware, Staff or Community opinions/feedback is always wrong.
Good luck and I do hope this gets reverted.
