Respawning / car transforming hurts my eyes

It's really bad in Face-To-Face races.
Everytime you respawn you are forced to look at your flashing car while its in spawn protection.
I noticed after some time im getting headaches and have to close my eyes everytime I have to hold F.

Here is what i am talking about:

It's the worst during night races where your headlights flash too and being in first person is out right impossible to bare.

My suggestion make it like its in sumo, where you see other players just being transparent for a while without any blinking / flashing effect.
