[DENIED] Pure Mode

Please revert the pure mode back to lv1 so people can use nve and/or sound effects. To be honest, what great came from going from lv1 to lv2? None at all since the only thing people say changed was that you can't use reshade but I still can use it. There is absolute 0 positives to going from lv1 - lv2. At least people can enjoy their experience a little more due to NVE or sound packs. The amount of hackers doesn't decrease when going to lv2. So why not just stick to lv1? There were no problems when it was lv1.
