[DENIED] Packet loss limit (PL)

Bring in a PL limit which can not be bypassed.
High PL players are the worst to play against as they teleport everywhere and are harder to move then normal players.
Even far away players like 55k have low PL so there should be no excuses please make the server a better experience for the majority of the playebase.

This will not be done. PL is not detectable by us. The ping limit is already in place, and works great!
