[DENIED] Manual Gear option in Freemode

Now that we have manual gearbox racing in Races mixed in, it is quite important that we get some practice. I think there should be a Manual option in in M - Personal Vehicle - Options in order to allow us to practice with the manual gearshifts.

Much like how we can easily toggle on and off Drift tyres and nitrous, we should be able to do the same with Manual gearboxes as well
