Car Meet Locations

I feel that adding car meet locations would be helpful that way we won't have tons on new players consistently asking for "cAR mE3Ts aNYoNE¿" and a way to prevent griefers and people who try to ram others is to add a speed limit and for anyone who instantly joins the car meet area they instantly get turned into passive or better yet once you join you go invisible to someone who is outside the parameters of the car meet almost like there is an invisible wall hiding them and weapons are disabled
