[DENIED] Power Play gamemode for freemode

a team deathmatch on the USS Luxington (battle ship) with powerups

Powerups:
Zoned
Raging: 2x damage on players you shoot and .5 damage from players who shoot you. (just like bst)
Beasted: turns you into the beast that allows you to turn invisible and jump high but it also drains their health by a little
flipped: inverting the other teams camera
doped: gives the opposite team a high filter on their screen
dark: the player who claims that power up their team goes off the radar for 7 seconds .
