[DENIED] Option to buy permanent ping limit increase

I agree having it lowered to 200ms for everyone below Elite membership has done wonders but maybe there could be the option to have it as a permanent perk.

It could be done like the voting multiplier permanent perk where you can choose which ping limit you desire, for example:
- +25ms increase -> maybe for 15~20$
- +50ms increase -> like 35$
- +100ms increase -> could be 60$

Doing it like +X increases makes you able to change global ping limit in the future, you only have to add up the +X needed for that player.

I wouldn't do more than Elite limit increase. Obviously they are quite a bit pricey but, considering how it can affect every gamemode I might have go even a bit low in price.
Not the best suggestion but at least I find it better than just going back to 300ms.

This will not be done, a membership is required for this as it effects overall server ping when connected with a high latency client!
