[DENIED] Transform Races Rework

In my opinion transform races could deal with a rework/overhaul. At the moment there is little to no skill involved in these races. If you are lucky/unlucky enough it does not matter how good your driving is. The player with the best luck wins most of the time.

Theres also the possibility to just add these modes - change the voting screen to select the mode instead of the vehicle to start with, making the starting vehicle (class/tier) also random.

Here are my suggestions/ideas to make it a little more skill based, how races should be in my opinion.

Fixed Transform

Everyone gets the same vehicle when transforming, this gives everyone the same chances while still maintaining the random vehicle factor.

Fixed Class (Tier) Transform

Everyone gets the same class of vehicle when transforming (Supers, Sports, ...).
This could be further specified by giving everyone the same tier aswell (S, A, B, C, ...).

This way there would still be some luck involved, as vehicles in the same class and even tier vary alot in performance and handling.
