[DENIED] Free Mode quality of life suggestions

I have some suggestions for mostly just free mode quality of life changes/additions.

- Neon headlights color match
- Favorite car catagory in the spawn menu
- if you enter property in car stay in the car in the property

This will not be done.

- Neon headlights color match -- what does this mean?
- Favorite car catagory in the spawn menu -- just remember the vehicle spawn name, and spawn it by name
- if you enter property in car stay in the car in the property -- there would be problems if there was anything in the way.
